In a recent Ham Radio Dude video, he was building a multi-band EFHW antenna, where it was cut with segments for each band that could be connected/disconnected depending on which band you wanted to work. Sorry, I was unsuccessful finding a direct link to the build video. What I did remember as interesting, is he used a different style quick connector than I had ever seen. In the video, he called them aircraft connectors, but in my visit to Elliott Electronic Supply, I found them on the shelf as Hand Shake connectors. For $5.48, I purchased a 10 pack for 22-18 gauge wire, but they had several sizes available. Strain relief was used in the antenna build, but the way these connect gives an extra layer of strength, so the antenna elements are not pulled apart while deployed.
